Casual Weddings - Activity for the kids to do

My family and I were sitting in a restaurant, playing some games of hangman on the Post It Notes that I had designed. It really was a cute and fun way to play hangman, and to pass the time while we waited for our food.

We had finished our games and I laid the used sheets to the side while we enjoyed our meals.

A quick glance over at our played games, and a new idea came. Kids that are bored at wedding receptions could enjoy this too. Of course it helps if they are able to spell. But anyway, not all kids want to dance, or there might not be a band to dance to.

So let them play hangman. These little post it notes will help to get them started.

There are two games per sheet of paper that are pre-printed. The alphabet is pre-printed for each game too. Whether a body part is added to the hangman or not, the word creator crosses each letter off on the alphabet list once it has been called. The players then get to glance at the alphabet to see which letters haven't been called yet.

Here's an example of a played game.

The sheets measure 2-7/8 by 4 inches, so they're easy and convenient carry along and to place them out on the tables. Remember to take some pencils too.
